Katja Keitaanniemi OP Corporate Bank's new President and CEO

OP Corporate Bank plc's Board of Directors has appointed Katja Keitaanniemi, Lic.Sc. (Tech.), OP Corporate Bank's President and CEO. She will move to OP Financial Group from Finnvera where she has acted as Executive Vice President, SMEs. Keitaanniemi will take up her duties in August 2018 and will report to Timo Ritakallio, President and Group Executive Chair.

Earlier today, the Supervisory Board of OP Financial Group's central cooperative appointed Keitaanniemi Executive Vice President, OP Financial Group's Banking, Corporate and Institutional Customers, and member of the Executive Board of OP's central cooperative. She will also take up this position in August 2018.

The composition and areas of responsibility on the Executive Board will additionally undergo other changes on which OP Financial Group's separate press release of 6 June 2018 will provide information in greater detail.

Hannu Jaatinen, M.SC. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.), eMBA, will be the acting President and CEO of OP Corporate Bank until the new CEO takes up her duties.
